The pumped medium is wastewater from the centralized sewerage system of an urban settlement with the characteristic presence of long-fiber synthetic elements (inclusions), the medium is neutral (PH from 6 to 8.5). The content of fibrous, long-fibre inclusions and a wet cloth in the pumped medium is up to 10 m³ per 380,000 m³/day of pumping, which determine the high degree of clogging of the pump impeller (winding on the blades, lumpiness). The content of abrasive particles of sand, small fractions of crushed stone, asphalt crumbs up to 5 mm in size and microhardness up to 9000 MPa in the pumped waste water, by weight, the proportion in the suspension of the pumped medium is up to 30% or up to 100 mg/l up to 150 mg/l extreme, (short-term during the snowmelt season and rains).
- The design uses an open impeller with an adjustable “S” gap and additional blades to prevent the penetration of abrasive particles into the seal chamber of the bearing assembly, designed to work with heavily contaminated media
- The main pump bearings are rolling bearings lubricated with grease
- The axial force generated in the pump is taken up by the pump bearings and is not transmitted to the electric motor
- Corrosion-resistant execution of the flow part
- Operation of bearing units - more than 50,000 hours
- Depending on the pump size, a hard-alloy segment plain bearing can be additionally installed in the impeller area, designed to absorb the residual radial force
- Vibration of the pump in the nominal mode does not exceed 2 mm/s, and within the limits of the operating interval of supply does not exceed 3 mm/s
- Up to three inspection holes with a diameter of at least 180 mm (optionally, the diameter and number can be increased)
