Purpose of the equipment:
Pumps of the KNP series are designed for pumping pulp (liquids with large solids)
Design features of the equipment:
- The three-blade impeller of the KNP series pump has an extremely optimized geometry, which ensures a higher efficiency
- Pumps of the KNP series have an expanded inlet funnel and an increased interblade space, which reduces the likelihood of clogging of the working bodies and, accordingly, increases the temporary working life
- Highly efficient wet end with increased duct size allows pumping larger and inhomogeneous inclusions without loss of efficiency
- Large pump shaft diameters minimize flexural vibrations in highly heterogeneous pumped media, significantly reducing bearing vibration and extending pump life
- The use of special profiled blades on the outer side of the impeller can significantly increase the service life of gap seals
- The main pump bearings are rolling bearings lubricated with grease
